  1. Hi Gagan,
    1. Is there any limitation in LR standard Parametrization comparing with VTS(virtual table server).
    2. Can we get all the features mentioned above same in VTS? In real time which is the best option?
    3. Is VTS is open source or licencesed?

    1. Hi Rathina,

As such VTS helps in parameterization by removing additional step of copying the parameter values in file.

      1. No limitation, you can install it by following below steps:
      http://lrhelp.saas.hpe.com/en/12.53/help/WebHelp/Content/VuGen/17004_config_VTS_admin_server.htm

      2. This will help you out:

      3. Open Source

  2. Hello Gagan,
I have one small doubt please could you clarify.
For Parameters I have created one .CSV or .text file (ex: here i am going to call it as a Testdata.csv file) with the 4 coloumns called username, password, depart and arrive along with 10 different different users than I have browsed the file and uploaded.
Now my question is I need to do parameterization from my script from above mentioned fields with the same name as mentioned on .CSV or .text file.
On parameterization which I have created on my script just now. There all respective field should be filled automatically? Because already I have uploaded the .CSV file ( 10 username, password, depart and arrive field).

    Thank you.
    Vijay Kumar.

    1. Hi Vijay,

As I understood you question correct, you have Testdata.csv(.txt) file with 4 columns along with heading (username, password, depart and arrive) and 10 test data.

Likewise, you have total 11 rows in your Testdata.csv(.txt) file.

Now, you have browsed and upload this file in "Parameters" section of VuGen.

Your Question: "Do I need to do parameterization from my script from above mentioned fields with the same name as mentioned on .CSV or .text file?
      Answer: Yes

      Answer: Yes

      The easiest Way:
      1. Create the parameters with the same name as you have given in the Testdata.csv(.txt) file
      2. Link all the four parameters
      3. Upload the Testdata.csv (.txt) file.
